So here's a review of Sentinels of the Multiverse from a great group Shut up and Sit Down to give you an idea of what its like and some of the rules. Basically you play as a superhero (who is totally not just a copy of a superhero might have heard of) with your own deck (complexity varies with hero) working as a team to defeat a villain (with his own deck) of your choice in a setting (also has its own deck) of your choice (or all of this can be random, up to you). Together you take turns based on your speed using cards from your hand to fight the villain. It really can be surprisingly simple and is a blast!
